We are pleased to be working with a fantastic lender, offering an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the Bridging finance industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage post cases, from funding to redemption, ensuring completion according to the original terms by implementing account management and redemption strategies.
2. Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
3. Manage clients and brokers daily via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose remediation plans.
4. Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
5. Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
6. Handle breaches or non-compliance of loan terms and follow up on payments or compliance issues.
7. Prepare redemption statements.
8. Manage further advances or extensions as required.
9. Build relationships with key partners and investors.
10. Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
11. Review and challenge documentation effectively.
12. Work well in a team and independently.
13. Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
14. Understand the conveyancing process.
15. Background in financial services.
16. Proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
17. Communicate effectively at all levels.
18. Possess strong numeracy skills.
19. Be aware of GDPR and legislative requirements.
