We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. This role involves engaging with customers on the phone and managing daily operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly. *Responsibilities* * Manage the diary and communicate with team members and engineers effectively * Use CRM and service dispatch systems * Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service on the phone * Assist customers with their enquiries and make bookings to suit their needs, ensuring they are aware of the terms * Complete admin and bookkeeping tasks (training can be provided) * Assist the directors with other daily tasks * Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary *Requirements* * Excellent customer service (sales background preferred but not essential) * Proficient with CRM systems and other software * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear verbal interaction and active listening * Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately * Good organisational skills and time management to prioritise tasks efficiently * Professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills * Well-written for emails, invoice descriptions and other admin * Knowledge of plumbing or experience xohmjla working for a plumbing company *Benefits* * Company Pension * Paid overtime * Paid holiday with 1 day added for every 2 years of service, up to 10 years * Supportive team environment * Long term opportunity for the right candidate * Progression with the growth of the company * Growth, dedication and results rewarded Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Expected start date: 04/08/2026
