Parker Young is proud to be supporting an Iconic British Company in the identification of a Brand Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio and lead the brand agenda.
The Brand Manager is ultimately responsible for brand execution, strategy, plans and vision across the brands. In addition:
* Be the brand champion, owning brand communications and projects and ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged at every stage.
* Manage a mixture of brand projects across the business on time, in budget and with passion, upholding quality standards of the brand.
* Drive innovation across the brands from ideation stage through to product to market.
* Work with key departments to alleviate brand weakness.
* Partner with the commercial team to influence the growth of the brands’ shopper and customer strategies and NPD, whilst considering promotional activity and financial impact.
* Observe and support health and safety and safe working practices.
* Own the brand budget through tracking, forecasting, and working within the business financial process.
* Work with agencies to deliver brand activation plans that create excitement both internally and externally.
