With a strong commitment to creativity & growth, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their innovative team.
About the Role
* Oversee product development projects from concept to delivery
* Manage NPD processes, ensuring projects run to scope & timeline
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with formulation, packaging, production & warehouse teams
* Build strong client relationships, supporting with updates & regulatory requirements
* Monitor budgets, costs & quotations for projects
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in Project/Product Management (with a focus on NPD) in either FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, food manufacturing or personal care sectors
* Strong organisational skills & ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Effective communicator with confidence leading client calls & internal meetings
* Knowledge of formulation development & QC standards would be be beneficial
* Experience supporting regulatory documentation is a plus
