Are you kind, reliable, and person-centred? Do you want a role where you can make a genuine difference to someone's life while being part of a supportive team?
About the Role
M is in need of Waking Night Support Workers to support her from 10:00pm to 7:00am, ensuring she feels safe, reassured, and well cared for throughout the night.
M is a mature lady who requires 24-hour support in her own home. She has autism and communicates best with people who take the time to understand her world and meet her on her terms.
M enjoys cooking, food, walks, drives, trips to local shops, and playful activities. She thrives on structure, consistency, and routine, and values people who are friendly, empathetic, and committed to building her trust.
You will be part of M's dedicated micro-team – a small group of support workers who provide consistent care, stability, and companionship.
