As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience every day.

* Store maintenance and safety - Your store is your specialty. You will keep it compliant, managing product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts, H&S policies, and ensuring everything is in place for efficiency and safety
* Experience and achievement - With previous store manager experience in a fast-paced environment, you can demonstrate a record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. You understand how to lead and implement company strategies that drive strong performance
* Passion for retail - You have a passion for all aspects of retail, creating a unique experience for each customer
