Rodo Ltd is a 100 year-old family business with strong family values and is the UK & Ireland's largest supplier of trade decorating tools and accessories, as well as being a leading supplier of PPE products.
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented in-house Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer you’ll be responsible for producing high quality online and print based materials that represent our brands and their identity. Experience in an in-house graphic design role will be a major plus.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing multiple projects from start to finish from concept ideas through to delivery
* Studio photography
* Prepare digital and print-ready files
* Photoshopping product images
* Artwork generation including:
1. Packaging for a wide variety of products and formats
2. Catalogues & brochures
3. Logos for heat transfer printing onto garments
4. Point of sale
5. e-marketing
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum of 2+ years of Graphic Design experience, preferably including in-house
* Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
* High degree of capability with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
* Experience with video editing software, eg. Adobe After Effects, would be a plus
Desired Skills
* Strong understanding of typography, layout and brand identity
* Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback efficiently
* Keen attention to detail
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print
* Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
* Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Salary
* £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
