Be proactive and accountable for the oversight of all compliance and finance administrative duties of the Naturally Learning group
Role Brief
* You are responsible for ensuring Naturally Learning is compliant with all relevant health & safety legislation and recommendations from external professionals
* You are expected to support with any financial administrative tasks as delegated by the Financial Controller
* You are expected to hold yourself to the highest professional standard and be an excellent role model for children and staff
* You must manage your time effectively, so all deadlines are met
* You will create and maintain effective, professional channels of communication with our team and outside agencies
* You promote the high standards of the nurseries at all times to visitors
* You must ensure you contribute towards an excellent working environment for all team members
* You must be aware of and act in accordance with current legislation, good practice, nursery policies and procedures
* You are responsible for all administrative duties associated with health & safety compliance and financial responsibilities
* You must not 'walk past' practice you wish to highlight/question. For better or worse, do not leave it unsaid and raise concerns to your manager or give praise to your colleague(s)
* You must have a clean and up to date DBS certificate
