The Twenty One Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of Biomass Boiler Systems and Commercial Energy Solutions company who are looking for looking to add an Assistant Biomass Maintenance Technician to their team based in Inverness. Company Our client have over 20 years experience within the commercial offsite fabrication industry and have established themselves as a market leader in this sector. They employ a strong team of design engineers, CAD technicians, contracts managers and skilled trades personnel who utilise their vast industry experience to assist in the design, fabrication and delivery of their bespoke MEP solutions, which they supply throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Key Responsibilities This is a full-time position with working hours from 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks, * Visually inspect heating plant on a Bi-Monthly basis whilst on site carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks * Assist engineers in carrying out Biannual Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks such as Boiler Servicing, Fuel Store Cleaning etc. * Ensure Fuel Stores and Energy Centre’s are kept clean, tidy and free from dust or pellet spillages * Record all site visits on Electronic Workflow Management Package using Tablet Device * Attend sites throughout the Highlands to carry out the removal of Ash on Biomass boilers (Full training will be given) Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essential Criteria: * Clean Driving License * Previous experience in a relevant job role. * Willing to learn. * Ability to work alone for long periods. * Logical and sensible approach to daily tasks. * Good interpersonal Skills. * Good verbal communication skills Desirable Criteria: * Flexible and practical approach to daily tasks. * Ability to cope with the reactive nature of the role. * Previous Experience in Commercial M&E Trade. * A practical “hands on’’ approach to daily tasks Benefits * Company Vehicle, company phone and tablet * Full in-house training and career development opportunities. * Competitive pension scheme. * Life assurance scheme. * Health cash plan. * Full access to smart wellbeing platform. * Annual flu vaccine * Free annual health check during working hours. * Annual leave increasing in line with length of service. * Yearly allowance for AH Branded clothing merchandise * Secure, free onsite parking. * Dedicated departmental budget allocated annually for team building events during working hours * Friendly and supportive working environment If interested in this position please apply to the add and the team will be in contact to discuss this role
