Responsibilities
As a Home Manager at Barchester, you will have the autonomy to manage your home while also receiving support and infrastructure from the organization. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding personalized care through continuous improvement. Your proven track record in the care sector, including marketing, business skills, and running a successful, high-rated care home, will be complemented by your compassion and resilience.

In short, your proven track record of marketing and business skills within the care sector, running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home will be complemented by your blend of compassion and resilience.
