As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing this innovative solution to new and existing clients, making a real difference to their businesses—and to yours.
What you’ll do
* Take ownership of your sales plan, generating leads from new, existing, and referred clients
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and high-level networking
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, markets, and trends
* Engage with key decision-makers and build lasting relationships with clients
* Conduct impactful meetings and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person
* Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value
* Strategically plan and implement operational changes to support business growth
* Negotiate pricing and close deals with confidence
* Represent XCenta at seminars, conferences, and industry events
About you
* Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales—this is a must!
* Experience in Health & Safety Compliance is highly desirable
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations
* Outgoing, ambitious, and eager to succeed
* Natural leader with a proactive, “take the lead” approach
* Strong sales ethic and business development acumen
