Mobile Fabric Engineer - M4 Corridor & London

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our expanding team, covering the M4 corridor and London. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to our clients across a variety of commercial properties. This role offers door-to-door pay, allowing you to maximize your earnings.
What You'll Do:
Carry out a range of fabric maintenance and repair tasks, including:* Carpentry repairs (doors, windows, frames)
* Roofing repairs (minor)
* Plumbing
* Brickwork repairs (minor)
* Painting and decorating (minor)
* General building maintenance tasks
Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Project works - Office refurbishments
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Effectively manage your own workload and travel schedule
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
What You'll Need:
A proven track record as a Fabric Engineer or multi-skilled maintenance operative with a minimum of 2 years of experience
A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work at heights (where necessary and with appropriate safety measures)
A full UK driving licence and clean driving record
A willingness to travel across the M4 corridor and London
