We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Dessert Bar Team Leader to join our site on St James Road, Glasgow G4 0PS.

The role involves:
* Ensuring the team provides excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting the manager in maintaining and managing front and back of house
- Preparing and quality checking of Desserts/Food prepared by colleagues
* Securing and exceeding store sales, including upselling
* Assisting with training and developing the team
* Building strong customer relationships to continue growth and
* Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
About you:
* Management experience in fast-paced restaurant environment

* Able to analyse figures and execute plans accordingly

Pay: £12.75 per hour
Experience:
* Team Leader: 1 year (required)
* Dessert preparation: 1 year (preferred)
