Join Reed in Camberley as a Senior Temporaries Recruitment Consultant and take ownership of our successful Temps & Contracts desk within our Business Support division. This high-energy, fast-paced role is ideal for those who thrive in a sales-driven environment and are eager to develop new business, build strong client relationships, and place quality temporary candidates across Camberley, Guildford, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Develop new business and grow the temporary recruitment desk.
* Manage temporary and contract placements efficiently and accurately.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary assignments.
* Attend local networking events, client meetings, and exhibitions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in fast-paced sales or recruitment (temps experience beneficial but not essential).
* A proactive, confident communicator who enjoys relationship building.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work at pace.
* Full UK driving licence required for regular client visits.
