About you Demonstrated background in administrative roles with the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Client-Focused Approach: A track record of dealing directly with the public or clients in a bustling service environment, underlining your capacity to provide excellent service and maintain positive relationships. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion, emphasising your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Proven capability to maintain effective office systems and procedures, Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling advertisements, job descriptions, and effectively market job opportunities. Previous experience in supporting managers, ensuring that guidance is line with company policy and best practise. A genuine understanding of and commitment to Equality and Diversity, recognising its importance in a supportive service and within the workplace. What you’ll be doing Act as the first point of contact for job applicants, liaise with managers on recruitment needs, and lead the administration of applicants. Facilitate recruitment training, draft job descriptions, and post vacancies on the Centrepoint website. Manage DBS applications, serving as the key contact and responding to related queries. Ensure compliance with Ofsted guidelines on recruitment, administering reference and safeguarding checks. Produce reports on equality monitoring and recruitment. Produce and distribute onboarding documentation for new starters Produce reports for Management as required. Cover HR Officer's duties, provide support during busy periods, and handle any other reasonable requests commensurate with the role. Contribute to the maintenance of accurate electronic staff files for new starters. Support the Recruitment Specialist to enhance existing recruitment processes and procedures. Why join Centrepoint?
