Work across the South East region managing contracts and delivering projects to national house builders and tier 1 contractors. Your Role as the Contracts Manager Will Include
1. Managing and visiting multiple sites, supervising contracts, and ensuring projects are on schedule.
2. Completing RAMS, progress reports, overseeing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and department heads.
3. Collaborating with the design and delivery teams to meet delivery deadlines and reporting potential issues.
The Successful Contracts Manager Will Have
1. A strong background in timber frame builds and joinery knowledge.
2. Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites in the Home Counties and South East.
3. Driving license & CSCS card.
