LEGAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - CLIFTON
Basic Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Year 1 OTE +£40,000
Year 2 OTE +£60,000

We are a high performing Bristol based legal recruitment consultancy, operating nationally in the 'Up-Market' and highly lucrative executive Legal Recruitment field. Working from a beautiful location in the heart of Bristol.
This growing Bristol based recruitment consultancy has developed a strong and respected brand in the legal world nationally, and we work on very bespoke client relationships with top quality candidates.
This is very much a quality rather than quantity recruitment operation, with a very supportive team atmosphere and we have a huge existing client and candidate database ready for the new recruit to continue to develop.

This exciting and busy role will involve many key responsibilities, these include:-
Generating business leads through calls, video calls, email and networking.
Building relationships with candidates, develop your network and talent pool.
Learn about your sector, become a specialist for your network.
Generating talent through job boards and social media channels.
Managing individual targets.
Holding virtual and face to face client meetings and candidate interviews.
