Purpose of the Role
To manage debt structuring and set the strategic direction, supporting the bank's senior management and managing debt structuring risk across the organization.
Accountabilities
1. Developing strategic direction for debt structuring, including implementing up-to-date methodologies and processes.
2. Managing debt structuring, overseeing colleagues, departmental goals, and efficiency.
3. Managing relationships with stakeholders and maintaining quality external third-party services.
4. Developing and implementing policies and procedures for debt structuring.
5. Managing debt structuring risk, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
6. Monitoring financial performance of the department, including revenue, profitability, and costs.
7. Conducting market research to understand trends, competition, and regulations to identify opportunities.
