Due to continued growth in our manufacturing and automotive practice, we’re looking for an exceptional Cost Value Engineering Manager to lead high-impact client engagements and drive measurable cost optimisation.
What you’ll do
* Lead complex cost value engineering and transformation projects for FTSE 100–level clients.
* Build sophisticated should-cost models using engineering drawings and benchmarking tools.
* Challenge suppliers and unlock savings through data-driven negotiation.
* Manage teams and work streams to deliver results on time and to the highest standard.
* Influence senior stakeholders, including Board-level executives.
* Drive change management initiatives and embed cost optimisation practices.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
