Registered Care Home Manager – Family-Run Residential Care Home

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established, family-run medium-sized residential care home in Gravesend. As Registered Manager, you’ll ensure the home continues to provide high standards of person-centred care, compliance, and service excellence. You’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding support within a warm, welcoming, and well-resourced setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
*
Oversee individual care plans, ensuring regular reviews and updates
*
Lead, mentor, and motivate a committed care team
*
Manage budgets and resources efficiently
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
*
Promote the home within the local community and support occupancy growth
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing setting
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
*
Solid understanding of CQC standards and compliance
*
A genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
