The post holder will work as part of the Digital and Workforce Productivity Solutions (DWPS) team to support the number of programmes and projects, working with partners to improve outcomes and the design of process and technical solutions, with the aim of addressing improved service delivery, performance and transformation for NWSSP and wider NHS in Wales.
The post holder, working with the Digital Workforce Project Manager will support the maintenance and oversight of the various programme and project groups and subgroups by providing high quality administrative support (organizing meetings, minute taking etc)
This post will be responsible for the day-to-day administration for the DWPS Team and will be the first point of contact for service users and stakeholders for the DWPS Team providing advice and resolution of basic and complex queries.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will as first point of contact, be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the DWPS Team
They will provide support to the Programme and Project Managers within DWPS and the wider team. including coordinating high profile meetings with stakeholders. Develop agendas and papers, project plan documentation, maintaining action logs and risk registers and project communications
Able to work in a fast paced environment, the post holder must have proven administrative and project support skills and be committed to providing a quality support service, working with a high degree of professionalism and be capable of managing a very diverse workload working to tight deadlines. The post holder must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they will be liaising with a spectrum of stakeholders. They will be expected to work independently on their own initiative with minimal supervision.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply

Qualifications and Knowledge
* HNC in business administration or demonstrable experience
* Good knowledge and demonstrable experience of MS Office Suite
* Business Improvement Technique Qualification or operational knowledge of Project Principles
* Understanding of programme office functions
Experience
* Demonstrable experience in an administrative role
* Experience of project support work - project management documentation
* Developing and maintaining databases using dedicated software
* Working in an NHS environment
