As the Operational Improvement Manager, you will support operational management and teams in developing and embedding performance improvement plans to deliver tangible and sustainable operational benefit. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating performance improvement schemes, supported by accurate and detailed management information to measure levels of performance and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement. You will form strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners at all levels of the business and provide coordination, support and analysis to enable decision making and action.
