About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our care team. You will be working nights, providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring medication rounds are completed accurately, and supporting residents with their clinical and personal care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to residents.
* Carry out medication rounds with accuracy and diligence.
* Work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with colleagues.
* Monitor and assess residents' health, updating care plans accordingly.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration as RGN or RMN.
* Minimum 2 years' nursing experience (UK residents only).
* Experience and confidence in handling medication rounds.
* Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining excellent standards of care.
