Located in Ottershaw, our establishment offers an unparalleled experience amidst stunning surroundings.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>To provide the highest quality of care, wellbeing and education for all children in the crèche, in line with Ofsted regulations.</li><li>Leading the crèche team and promoting best practice of childcare and health and safety.</li><li>Managing the records and childcare details for all bookings.</li><li>Ensuring and maintaining a safe and secure environment from arrival to departure of the children.</li><li>Planning, developing and supervising a variety of suitable and engaging activities for children in the crèche according to their ages and abilities.</li><li>Be responsible for carrying out and maintaining risk assessments of the premises and equipment.</li><li>Ensuring that first aid, security and health and safety procedures are followed within the crèche area.</li><li>Maintaining and cleaning of all equipment and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.</li><li>Undertaking and assisting with basic hygiene, nappy changing and toilet training.</li><li>Maintaining complete confidentiality of any information regarding children, families, volunteers or staff.</li><li>Liaise with parents/carers in a supportive, non-judgmental manner.</li><li>Ensuring a customer focused service is delivered, upholding and demonstrating the Foxhills Collection Values at all times - Careers | Foxhills - Foxhills</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Childcare/Early Years.</li><li>Current Paediatric First Aid certificate.</li><li>Experience of working in a crèche/childcare setting in a leadership role or similar.</li><li>Experience of working with/caring for young children.
