As the Technician Supervisor for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd, you will be an integral part of the leadership team in delivering excellence in quality and service.
You will be responsible for delivering an effective and quality-focused service through a team of technical colleagues in the field.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Delivery of Key Performance & Quality Indicators
2. Effectively plan daily and weekly workloads
3. Integration with Service & Warehouse Leadership on workload planning
4. Identify effective and efficient improvements
5. Understand and manage end-to-end debrief processes
6. Review quality performance with Operations Support Manager and deliver “better outcomes” project
7. Recruitment and onboarding of new team members
8. Ensure enhanced team members (Enhanced TSE) are delivering correct onboarding and ongoing training
9. Supporting contract senior management team, line managers, and field colleagues in delivering patient-focused service

Qualifications and experience required
* Ability to manage and adapt multiple priorities
* Team player
* Analytical and fact-based clear thinker
* Ability to manage and cover the site in any managerial role at short notice as required
* Determined and “can do” attitude
