What you'll be doing

You'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and delivering high-quality legal hires.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies
• Developing innovative attraction and sourcing plans
• Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and databases
• Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring
• Delivering engaging, inclusive candidate experiences
• Supporting fair and consistent selection processes
• Providing market insights and salary guidance
• Continuously improving recruitment processes and tools
