Job Description
We are looking for someone who can design and execute structured testing, identify and manage defects, and contribute to continuous improvement across testing practices.
This position is well-suited to a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and proven experience in software testing within structured delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and interpret business, functional, and technical requirements to understand acceptance criteria.
2. Design, prepare, and execute test cases and scripts across functional, regression, and integration testing.
3. Identify, log, track, and retest defects, working alongside developers to confirm fixes.
4. Support the setup, validation, and maintenance of test environments and test data.
5. Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation.
6. Provide regular reporting and progress updates to project teams and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate effectively with project teams to support smooth delivery of testing activities.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Proven experience in a Test Analyst or Software Tester role.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
11. Effective communication skills, supporting interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
12. Experience using test management and defect tracking tools.
13. Ability to work efficiently within structured and process-driven delivery environments.
Desired Qualifications (not essential):
14. Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
