About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Manager for YouTube, CTV, and Display to turn clear commercial targets into channel-specific results. You’ll bring proven, hands‑on expertise running high‑budget YouTube campaigns, solid experience executing and optimising CTV buys, and confidence with programmatic display. Day to day, you’ll convert briefs into spend plans in partnership with search, social and other channel leads, manage launches and in‑flight adjustments yourself, and deliver concise performance reports that show clients exactly how their objectives are being met. If you can navigate these channels with authority, distill data into meaningful client narratives, and collaborate smoothly with peer planners, we want to meet you.
Role Requirements
* A 3-year degree from an internationally recognized university, or international equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role
* You should have strong experience planning, building, managing, and reporting on YouTube campaigns. You should be adept at identifying the appropriate campaign type to meet brief goals, eg. shorts vs CTV vs bumpers
* Experience managing campaigns in DV360, CM360, and Google Ads
* Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem, targeting, bidding strategies, and measurement.
* Experience working in client‑facing roles; confident presenting.
* Some experience managing CTV on platforms aside from YouTube (eg. Hulu Disney, Netflix, Prime, etc.)
* Experience in the beauty and/or skincare industries.
* Experience with Amazon DSP and AMC.
* Experience with DSPs other than DV360 (eg, tradedesk)
* Experience in working with measurement platforms
* Clear written & verbal explanation of performance drivers, next steps and complex CTV/YouTube concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with other channel stakeholders in the planning process. You should both be able to advocate for your channels, but also recognize when other channels are more appropriate.
* You are familiar with reporting on study results, and understand their potential impact on the media funnel.
