Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Skegness, UK
Hours: 25 hours per week ( Immediate start )
Pay: National Minimum Wage - £12.21 per hour.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Skegness. This is an immediate vacancy for a part-time, permanent position.
The ideal candidate will bring previous administrative experience, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. This is a busy and varied role, well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Employee records are input correctly
- Ensuring that staff personal files are kept updated
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written skills
- At least 1 year's previous HR administrative experience is desirable.
- Strong sense of accountability and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Extremely motivated, proactive, responsible, and self-directed.
- Team player with a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Someone who takes a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to undertake new challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality
- Proficient experience working with MS Office
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
