We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator/PA - this is a busy and varied role working for a successful and growing business. Below is an overview of some of the tasks you will support with: Providing PA support to Directors in the business Managing diaries, arranging and confirming meetings Booking travel and accommodation as needed Liaising with external suppliers Providing administrative support to the Finance Manager Ordering supplies for the office as needed Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails Supporting with HR administration and preparation of payroll To be considered for this role it is essential that you are well organised and take pride in doing a good job, are able to use your own initiative to solve problems and able to communicate well with a variety of people.
