About the role
As our Senior Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the retail marketing strategy for the Village. You will build and maintain close work relationships with brands to foster the collaboration on marketing activitations. You will also monitor the marketing activations to ensure that they are planned and delivered in high quality and compile reports to analyse the performance of each activation accordingly.

Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
1. Be responsible for the development and execution of retail marketing strategy for the Village
2. Build and maintain close work relationships with Brands to enhance the brands’ positioning of the Village
3. Reinforce the trust of our brand partners, deliver 5-starts marketing services to our brands and keep raising the bar
4. Stay up to date to the knowledge of brands and understanding of products, from global luxury brands to local mass marketing brands
5. Develop 360° retail marketing plans to achieve the financial goals, bringing together in village experience and brand activation moments, including new brand openings
6. Plan the retail marketing commercial activations adopting the Product Is King approach to reinforce our unique proposition
7. Manage the retail marketing activations from end to end and ensure that they are at high quality; conduct after action reviews after each activation
8. Plan and execute with excellence the measured success of all in village activations and events, with the objective to drive qualitative footfall into the village and into the Boutiques
9. Manage the Retail Marketing Budget and monitor the costs of each activation
10. Prepare insightful reportings of each initiative, including the achievement of KPIs, return on investment and suggestions for continuous improvement
11. Analyse the brands’ performance; identify opportunities and impact on the business’ results through integrated plans in coordination with Retail, Marketing, Hospitality teams and other departments.
12. Collaborate with the local and central teams to ensure consistency and full alignment with the central guidelines and the objectives of the business
13. Lead the Retail Marketing team and be responsible for the team’s performance and development
About You
We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
14. Degree education or equivalent qualifications with a focus on Marketing is preferrable
15. Previous experience at a strategic leadership level with luxury or mass market brands
16. Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
17. Ability to think strategically and perform operationally
18. Strong understanding on different audiences and customer behaviors
19. Exceptional relationship building skills
20. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
21. Strong presentation skills with the ability to get the buy in
22. Excellent project management skills with the ability to both plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously
23. Good organisation and prioritization skills
24. Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
