Role Responsibilities:
1. Managing the audit process
2. Managing and monitoring progress of work and budgets
3. Ensuring all work is delivered on time and to a high standard
4. Supervising and coaching qualified staff and trainees
5. Liaison with tax team
6. Opportunities to work on special assignments and projects

The High Wbe office hosts 2 partners, 2 directors, and 40 staff members. It offers a small office feel within a larger firm of around 1,200 employees.
Candidate Profile:
The position requires a strong level of ability, commitment, and flexibility. Candidates should be self-motivated, positive, and capable of establishing credibility at all levels. They should be commercially minded with a clear understanding of client needs.
Education and Experience:
* CA/ACA/ACCA qualified
* Audit or general practice background
* Excellent understanding of FRS 102; IFRS is an advantage
* Experience with special assignments or technical projects is beneficial
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, CCH Accounts Production, and CCH Audit Automation
* Good leadership and training skills
