We are seeking a caring and committed Pastoral Support Worker to join our nurturing team. This is a rewarding role supporting the emotional well-being, social development, and personal growth of our pupils.

Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for children who need someone to talk to.
* Working closely with parents, carers, and external agencies.
* Assisting with the development and delivery of pastoral care programmes.
* Supporting attendance, well-being, and safeguarding initiatives.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
* Has experience working with children or young people in a pastoral, mentoring, or care role.
* Is empathetic, patient, and an excellent listener.
* Understands the challenges some children face and how to offer meaningful support.
* Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Has strong communication and organisational skills.
* Is confident in promoting positive behaviour and emotional resilience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
