NC Associates are working in partnership with a fast paced and rapidly expanding organisation based in Bromborough who is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to help assist the Management Accountant in supporting the smooth running of the Accounts function. The business has grown considerably over the past few years and has massive expansion plans so with this they require an extremely hands on Accounts Assistant who isnt afraid of getting stuck in, new processes and systems are being implemented so they require a self-sufficient Accounts Assistant to help with the on-boarding of the new systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Handle and process purchase invoices daily
2. Regularly maintain and update supplier accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
3. Oversee the accounts email inbox, resolving purchase ledger and invoice queries
4. Facilitate weekly and fortnightly payment runs by ensuring precise invoice processing.
