Learning and Development – HR Advisor
Birmingham
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is recruiting for a dynamic Learning & Development Advisor role at a progressive law firm in Birmingham. The role focuses on training delivery, including coordination, administration, sourcing, and delivery of L&D activities, as well as maintaining L&D systems and processes. The successful candidate will be the central contact for all L&D requests, supporting the HR Director and team in enhancing the skills and knowledge across the firm.
* Manage relationships with L&D providers
* Coordinate internal professional development programmes, such as leadership development
* Identify learning activities to support training needs
* Design and deliver internal and external training courses, especially on IT systems
* Oversee and deliver the induction process for new employees
* Collect feedback and evaluate training programmes
* Manage professional subscriptions
Key criteria:
* Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
* Ability to design and deliver internal training
* Experience producing training videos
* Experience delivering induction programmes
* Skilled in training on IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office, Tikit, DocuSign, and Bundledocs
* Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
* Understanding of GDPR and its impact on L&D
