Empowering a Young Man's Independence (Burtonwood, Warrington) – an Assistant Manager with a proven ability to inspire and lead is needed. The candidate will play a pivotal role in empowering a young man with learning disabilities, Tourette's, OCD and complex needs to live his best life possible. You will lead by example, promote independence, foster an engaged team of Specialist Advanced Support Workers, and champion person-centred outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Specialist Advanced Support Workers to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
* Support an adult with learning disabilities, Tourette\'s, OCD and complex needs to lead the best life possible.
* Promote independence and champion person-centred outcomes.
* Participate in leadership tasks and contribute to service development within Burtonwood, Warrington.
What you\'ll bring
* A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 with supervisory units, or Care Management Level 3 in England).
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours requiring intensive support planning and management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, and a calm, patient, and empathetic approach.

* Salary of between £32,000 - £35,000 per year
