Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership to the Sales team, finance, after care and delivery team.
* Drive sales performance and implement marketing and sales strategies.
* Create accurate forecasts, budgets and sales reports.
* Lead coaching and development of sales staff.
* Oversee merchandising and promotional activities.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and OEM partners.
* Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.
* Ensure compliance with all OH&S and company policies.
What You’ll Bring Essential:
* Proven leadership experience in automotive sales - ideally as a Sales Manager.
* Strong understanding of sales operations, performance metrics, and inventory management.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strategic thinking and strong financial acumen.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software systems.
* A valid driver’s licence
* Experience in high-volume sales including New, Used, and/or Fleet.
* Background in compiling reports and making data-driven decisions.
* Qualifications in Business Management or a related field.
