About The Role
Due to growth, we are seeking a Financial Controller for a fixed-term contract until February 2026.
Responsibilities
1. Lead finance operations, including transactional processes, month-end close, and financial reporting.
2. Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audits across UK, US, and Australia entities.
3. Manage credit control to meet cash collection targets and maintain debtor control.
4. Implement monthly balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and sign-offs.
5. Manage financial systems, particularly Sage Intacct, and liaise with banks and accountants.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
1. Sage Intacct experience managing financial systems.
2. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven Financial Controller experience.
3. Leadership skills in managing and developing finance teams.
4. Experience in statutory reporting, month-end processes, and financial controls.
5. Background in audit, either in practice or internal audits.
