Description About The Service and Team Our Parenting Team is passionate about supporting families through every stage of their parenting journey. Our team delivers a wide range of evidence-based programmes, both in person and online, designed to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and support child development. About the Role As a Parenting Worker, you will deliver interactive evidence-based parenting support programmes both face-to-face and online, helping parents and carers build confidence and strengthen family relationships. You will work closely with multi-agency partners to promote and deliver Cornwall’s support offer to families across the region. What You’ll Do Facilitate interactive parenting programmes and workshops Support families to access and engage with Collaborate with professionals across health, education, and social care, as well as community organisations Use digital tools to deliver and track support effectively What You’ll Need To Succeed A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Strong IT skills and comfort with online delivery platforms A solid understanding of child development and the challenges families face Experience working with families or in a community support setting is a plus Why Join Us?
