The role of Operations Manager – Gas Planning will include:
1. Leading the national planning team on operational delivery of gas compliance servicing and repairs, ensuring services are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, KPIs, and SLAs, while maintaining a high-quality, cost-effective and customer-focused approach
2. Enhance customer satisfaction and engagement by embedding a customer-first culture across the gas planning team, aligning service delivery with Sanctuary’s values and strategic objectives
3. Champion operational excellence and compliance by benchmarking against industry best practices, leading improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability
4. Manage the coordination and maintenance of strong working relationships with internal delivery teams, compliance leads, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
Skills and experiences:
5. Recent experience in a similar role managing planning and scheduling functions within a gas compliance or property maintenance environment
6. Significant experience in delivering high-quality, customer-focused services within a regulated environment, ensuring safety and compliance
7. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage KPIs and deliver service improvements
8. Proven knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice
9. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
