As Manufacturing Engineer, you'll work alongside the Principal Manufacturing Engineer to redesign processes from the ground up. You'll help strengthen existing manufacturing cells, support new product introductions, and embed Lean principles into everything you do. From conducting PFMEA's and designing tooling to validating processes and creating clear work instructions, you'll be at the heart of a transformation that improves lead times, enhances quality, and makes production more efficient. This is a hands-on role, blending manual processes with automation, and you'll play a key part in shaping what comes next. What you'll be doing Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes and toolingConduct PFMEA's and resolve process challenges with practical solutionsCollaborate with R&D and operations to integrate new products seamlesslySupport automation projects to reduce manual work and boost efficiencyValidate processes and create clear documentation for consistency and complianceDrive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles What you'll bring A degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in process design and optimisation for small to medium-volume assemblyPractical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and operational excellenceExperience supporting automation initiatives is a plusFamiliarity with CAD or process simulation tools would be advantageousA proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach This is a chance to make a tangible difference in a business that values innovation and teamwork.
