Scope of Work:
To develop and nurture sales channels to maximize revenue opportunities for group property development by networking and establishing business partnerships, coordinating and attending roadshows/events, and developing other platforms or sources of promoting our property offerings to potential and target markets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Developing and Nurturing Channel Partners
* Identify potential development channel partners and platforms
* Engage with potential development channel partners
* Sign up (including negotiating commission rates and agency agreements) and maintainan ongoing relationship with channel partners
2. Introducing Channel Partners to Product Offerings
* Coordinate training and onboarding with partners, including our history, brands, Sanctuary Club program, and overview of product offerings
* Coordinate with marketing to ensure all available and up-to-date collateral and sales tools are available for partners
* Coordinate inspection trips and/or specific product training with local sales teams
* Maintain regular contact and meetings with channel partners and internal business units to maintain relationships, identify new opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure they remain up-to-date
3. Reporting and Analysis
* Establish sales and revenue targets for channel partners
* Monthly reporting on sales KPIs of channel partners
* Provide analysis and feedback to/from sales and marketing teams on the success of promotions and customer service issues
* Assist with preparation of annual budgets and 5-year plans
* Prepare/coordinate presentations and reports as required
4. Other
* Communicate and resolve issues promptly
* Attend management meetings (ExCo) where required
* Other duties as required from time to time
Core Competencies & Skills
1. Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in sales channels management, project marketing and/or business development (exposure and knowledge of real estate industry an advantage)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with channel partners
* Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales

* Committed to hard work to consistently meet deadlines
* Able to work under pressure
* Proactive and self-motivated
3. Management Experience
* Able to plan and coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
4. Communication
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English

* Sales training experience an advantage
* Ability to speak English would be highly regarded
* Strong relationship and people skills
* Mature and positive outlook

6. Other
* Flexible in working hours and ability to travel internationally on regular basis
