Manpower Engineering are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Electrical PAT Tester to join our clients compliance team on a 2-3-month contract in Billingham. This is a great opportunity for a qualified PAT tester to support a busy site across a range of departments.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) of a variety of electrical equipment across our clients facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct PAT testing in line with current regulations and company procedures
* Accurately label and document tested equipment
* Identify, report, and help mitigate any unsafe or faulty items
* Coordinate access with staff across departments to ensure efficient testing
Working Hours
* 5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday (standard daytime hours)
Requirements
* City & Guilds 2377 or equivalent PAT Testing qualification
* Previous experience in a similar PAT testing role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working independently across multiple departments
* Proficient in using testing equipment and recording systems
