Job Introduction
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s data‑driven agenda. This position is central to our data strategy, helping to shape scalable, high‑quality BI solutions that support decision‑making across the business.
Main Responsibility
1. Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret complex data challenges.
2. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
3. Work effectively as a self‑starter, contributing within a team or independently with minimal supervision.
4. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and identify data gaps and risks.
5. Manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
6. Utilise hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and BI stack to support delivery.
7. Leverage T‑SQL skills to analyse and manipulate data.
8. Support the governance, performance and scalability of our enterprise‑level Power BI implementation.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be someone who can confidently translate business reporting needs into robust technical requirements, identifying data gaps, risks and process inefficiencies along the way.
You’ll be comfortable communicating findings to business stakeholders and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable and aligned to organisational goals.
