In this Contentious Probate Solicitor role, you will manage a varied caseload focused exclusively on contentious probate matters, working both independently and alongside experienced colleagues on more complex cases.
Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload of contentious probate and will disputes
* Handling Inheritance Act claims, will validity challenges, and executor disputes
* Supporting on complex estate, trust, and Court of Protection disputes
* Collaborating with colleagues across litigation and private client teams
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' civil litigation experience
* Experience in contentious probate or a strong interest in specialising in this area
* Ability to manage your own caseload with attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Willingness to work collaboratively and continue developing your expertise
