Your Role
As an Assistant Director of Studies, you will have the chance to make a significant impact in our Brighton campus, working alongside the Director of Studies in all aspects of the running, management and quality assurance of the academic department.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team leader who will relish the challenge of being involved in EF’s ongoing academic developments, and enjoy being part of the continual professional development of the teaching team (through training and observation). You will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence throughout the school, and be an advocate of the thought that learning is not only about the details but about the overall experience in and outside the lessons.
This role runs from June 1st (or earlier if available) until September 30th 2024, with permanent opportunities available afterwards.
The ideal Assistant Director of Studies:
1. Has a DELTA qualification (or currently studying) / an equivalent undergraduate degree
2. Has the ability to effectively lead and motivate
3. Is very aware of excellent customer service standards
