Job Title: Technical Manager - Water Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Falmer (Brighton) - Hybrid Type: Permanent | Hybrid About the Role: Our client is seeking a Technical Manager - Water to join their Technical Risk team based in Falmer, with hybrid working available. This role reports to the Head of Technical Risk Management and is responsible for ensuring robust technical governance across major water infrastructure programmes, from early need definition through to delivery and construction support. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assurance across multi-disciplinary design teams during solution development. Ensure solutions are affordable, technically sound, and risk is appropriately managed and communicated. Foster collaborative relationships with clients, construction teams, and supply chain partners to drive efficiency and buildability. Deliver sustainable, CDM-compliant design solutions aligned with programme governance. Support personal and team development by participating in external industry groups and continuous learning.
