How You'll Make An Impact

Receive on-the-job training and experience.
Work directly with experienced team members.
Produce programs and data to support project delivery.
Assist in the successful on-time delivery of multi-million-pound projects.
Potential travel to construction sites for a few days each month.
Project Type Focus on EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
Career Development Opportunity to build a successful career in Project Management.
Interaction with various teams: Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Management, and Commercial.
Work Schedule In-office Days: 4 days per week Remote learning 1 day per week.
Qualifications to Pursue Level 3 ECITB Diploma in Project Controls Practice and Techniques (Vocational Skills) Level 3 Sub Diploma in Engineering Technologies (Development Knowledge)
Functional Skills in English and Maths (unless exempt)

What You Bring

Educational Requirements: GCSE grade C or above in Technology, Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
Career Enthusiasm: Strong interest in a career in project planning and project controls.
Teamwork: Enjoys working within a team environment.
Experience: Relevant industrial experience (e.g., summer placements) is beneficial but not essential.
Some qualifications gained post-school are advantageous.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
Communication and Problem-Solving: Confident communicator and proactive problem solver.
Site Visits: Willingness to travel to site once a month.
Work Ethic: Must be willing to go the extra mile.
