About the role
Due to a full order book for 2024/2025, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to work in our Water/Wastewater Sector.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects in the water/wastewater industry for our two main major water customers in the South. The water/wastewater team comprises the Sector Project Manager, Project Managers, and Engineers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage project delivery for assigned projects, ensuring full adherence to the project lifecycle, testing, on-time delivery, budget, and specifications.
* Assist the Sector Project Manager in reviewing and updating internal standards and procedures, monitoring compliance with national and international standards.
* Contribute to sales activities, including order management, customer relations, surveying, and quoting.
* Exhibit commercial awareness by negotiating and overseeing contracts with customers and subcontractors.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
The Person:
* Experience and understanding of the full project lifecycle.
* Knowledge of system integration.
* Experience in contract management and commercial aspects.
* Excellent time management skills with a structured, methodical approach.
* Experience delivering projects, preferably PLC/SCADA in the water/wastewater sector.
