Overview
We’re supporting a studio and production bay upgrade scheduled for Q1 2026 and are looking for experienced Lighting & Rigging Technicians (IPAF certified) to support a series of bay flips and studio reconfigurations. This is a hands-on, practical role suited to technicians who are comfortable working at height and supporting physical studio builds.
Key Responsibilities
* Rigging and de-rigging lighting equipment
* Working at height using access platforms (IPAF required)
* Assisting with studio bay flips and reconfiguration
* Moving and installing lighting, furniture and production equipment
* Supporting the setup of bays ready for live production use
* Working closely with studio operations and production teams to keep timelines on track
Required Experience
* Valid IPAF certification (essential)
* Previous experience in studio, production or photographic environments
* Confident working with lighting rigs and studio infrastructure
* Comfortable with physical work and moving heavy items safely
* Reliable, proactive and able to follow technical direction
